2.1 To register and maintain an account on kpk789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

Age Restriction: kpk789 operates a strict 21+ only policy. We employ automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits returned to the original payment source.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on the kpk789 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. kpk789 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kpk789 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify kpk789 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
3.4 Account Transfers. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your kpk789 account or any associated balance to any third party.
4.1 kpk789 is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accordingly, all Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal request can be approved.
4.2 Required Documents. KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following:

4.4 kpk789 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if the documents submitted are deemed insufficient, unclear, or inconsistent with information held on file.
5.1 Accepted Methods. kpk789 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit amounts are denominated and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
5.3 Processing. Deposits are typically credited to a Member's kpk789 Account instantly or within fifteen (15) minutes, subject to the processing schedule of the Member's financial institution. kpk789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5 .4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or anonymous payment sources — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.5 Deposit Limits. kpk789 imposes no platform-level maximum deposit limit for standard Members; however, individual financial institutions may impose their own daily transfer limits. Members enrolled in the Responsible Gaming deposit-limit program may have self-imposed caps that kpk789 will enforce as requested. See Clause 9 for further detail.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. A withdrawal request may only be submitted once a Member's account has passed KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are disbursed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the verified kpk789 account. Accepted channels mirror those listed for deposits in Clause 5.1.

6.6 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (as described in Clause 7) has been met in full. Real-money funds deposited by the Member are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions of this Clause 6.
7.1 General. kpk789 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its specific promotional terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
7.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of 15× (fifteen times) the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of Rp 1,000,000 matched by a bonus of Rp 1,000,000 would require total wagers of Rp 30,000,000 before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying a wagering requirement:
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted (i.e., the wagering requirement has not been satisfied) within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's account without notice.
7.5 Abuse. kpk789 reserves the right to void bonus awards and/or suspend accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, exploiting pricing errors, coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, and the use of automated betting software.
7.6 VIP Program. kpk789 operates a five-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Tier upgrades are based on cumulative wagering volume within a rolling calendar month. VIP benefits, cashback rates, and tier maintenance thresholds are published on the Platform and may be adjusted by kpk789 with fourteen (14) days' written notice to affected Members.
8.1 All bets placed on kpk789 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published in the Platform's Help Centre and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. kpk789 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet is placed after an event has commenced; (b) the odds displayed were incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the Member is suspected of match-fixing or insider knowledge; or (d) the bet would exceed kpk789's internal risk limits.
8.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections and are subject to the standard minimum odds per leg of 1.30. If one leg of a mix parlay is voided by kpk789, the bet is recalculated as if that leg had not been included.
8.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered at kpk789's discretion. Odds on live markets may be suspended or adjusted at any time without notice during the course of an event. Bets accepted while odds are in a confirmed state will not be voided solely due to subsequent odds changes.
8.5 Result Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, kpk789's decision — informed by data from recognised official sources — shall be final and binding. Disputes must be submitted to kpk789 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant result being published on the Platform.
8.6 Lottery (Togel) Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on kpk789 reference the official published results of the relevant draw authority. kpk789 is not responsible for errors or delays in draw results attributable to the draw authority. Results published on the Platform are final.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kpk789 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from kpk789.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kpk789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
12.2 kpk789's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 kpk789 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of malicious software. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability, and kpk789 shall not be liable for any losses sustained during such periods.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kpk789's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 kpk789 collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 kpk789 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the kpk789 Platform services.
14.1 kpk789 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days before they take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory authority, in which case they may take effect immediately.
14.2 Your continued use of the kpk789 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with Clause 6.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of kpk789's licensing jurisdiction.
15.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.3 Nothing in this Clause prevents kpk789 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
